Beetroot smoothie, beautiful and delicious.
I got beets from a friend who grows organic vegetables. It looks like a red turnip, but it's deep red inside. The taste is similar to spinach.
 The beetroots were smoothed and the leaves were fried with garlic and olive oil.

有機野菜を育てているお友達からビーツいただきました。外見は赤かぶに似てるけど、果肉まで真っ赤です。味はほうれん草に似ています。
ビーツの根はスムージーにして、葉っぱはニンニクとオリーブオイルで炒めました。
