I have experienced a real mochi with pestle and mortar!

I participated in Kasama Chaya event today. Start the fire in the furnace and boil the water今日は笠間茶屋の畑岡さんのイベントに参加しました。まずはかまどで火を起こし、お湯を沸かします
Steam rice for mochi. 次にもち米を蒸します
Put the steamed rice in the mortar.. Now start kneading the mochi
蒸しあがったごはんを臼に移します。いよいよ餅つきです
So-re Yousyo!  yoisyo!  そーれ　ヨイショ、ヨイショ
The Nochi just kneaded was the best  with radish  I ate a lot. 大根の辛味餅で食べるつきたての餅は美味しすぎて、何個も食べてしまいました。
